ÆONforce terms of use
ÆONforce is software made by ÆONcorridor. These terms are between ÆONcorridor and you, and the business you use ÆONforce for. We wrote them in plain English on purpose.
1.What ÆONforce is
ÆONforce helps your crew find work, keep track of it and see what needs you. It includes the scouts that do the looking for you, and the screens where you and your crew pick up from there.
2.Your data stays yours
Everything you and your crew put into ÆONforce or connect to it (bids, partners, notes, decisions, messages) belongs to you and your business. We use it only to run ÆONforce for you, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
You can ask for a full copy at any time. When you stop using ÆONforce, or ask us to, we delete it, except anything the law requires us to keep.
3.Connected accounts
When you connect an account like Microsoft 365, ÆONforce reads only what it needs to show you what needs you, such as recent email, Teams chats and your calendar. It never sends a message as you.
You can disconnect at any time in Settings, and your company's Microsoft admin can switch off ÆONforce's access from Microsoft's side.
4.What stays ÆONcorridor's
ÆONforce itself belongs to ÆONcorridor: the software, its design, how its scouts work, and the improvements we make to it, including ones that come from working with you. Using ÆONforce doesn't transfer any of that to you or your business.
5.Please keep it to your team
Show ÆONforce to your own team as much as you like. Please don't copy it, take it apart to see how it's built, or use what you see here to build, or help someone else build, something like it.
6.Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. The crew's owners decide who's on the crew. You're responsible for what's done under your account.
7.Paying for ÆONforce
A crew pays as one plan, by the month. Every crew starts with free time and needs no card for it. Settings → Billing shows the price, and when the free time ends, before anyone adds a card.
When an owner adds a card, it's charged automatically every month, starting when the free time ends, until the plan is cancelled. The plan is priced by the people on the crew, so the charge follows along when people join or leave.
Owners can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. That stops the next charge, and the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for. If a price changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your crew; launch and founding prices stay as they are for as long as the crew keeps its plan.
When the free time is over and there's no card, nothing is deleted. The crew can still open and change everything it has, but scouts don't head out and nobody new can join until a card is added.
8.Scouts can get things wrong
Scouts use AI. They can miss something or get a detail wrong, like a date, an amount or a requirement. Check anything important against the original source before you rely on it. ÆONforce is a helper, not a substitute for your judgment.
9.Changes and availability
We work to keep ÆONforce running, but we can't promise it never goes down, and features may change. If these terms change, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you keep going.
10.Ending, and your business's agreement
You can stop using ÆONforce at any time. We can pause access if these terms are broken.
If your business has its own agreement with ÆONcorridor, that agreement covers price and how long access lasts, and where it says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.
11.The fine print
ÆONforce is provided as is. As far as the law allows, ÆONcorridor isn't liable for indirect losses, like lost profits or a missed bid, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for ÆONforce in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
